This Agreement is made effective as of the date of signing, by and between Our Family Law Help Free (“Provider”) and the individual seeking legal assistance (“Recipient”). Provider agrees to provide legal assistance to Recipient in the area of family law, including but not limited to child custody, divorce, adoption, and domestic violence matters. Provider will offer counsel, representation, and support to Recipient throughout the legal process. Recipient agrees to provide accurate and complete information to Provider, and to cooperate fully in the legal proceedings. Recipient also understands that the services provided are pro bono and acknowledges that Provider is under no obligation to continue representation beyond the scope of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the governing jurisdiction.
